Fitness and Lifestyle Classes

Designed for all fitness levels, our programs are conducted by fully qualified, insured and experienced practitioners. They can be held indoors or outdoors; before, during or after work. Our classes include boot camp and general exercise classes, express workouts, yoga and Pilates.

10,000 Steps Challenge

Walk, run, cycle and swim to complete 10,000 steps per day. Challenge options include The Italian Coastline, Carnivale Tour and The Spice Trail.
